Sheffield Wednesday Vs Cardiff Prediction

Sheffield Wednesday - Cardiff 3.10 - 2.50

The outsider for this writer. Sheffield Wednesday do not lose often these days. In fact, they have only suffered three defeats in their last fifteen games. Last time around they won away to Leicester and the week before they gave Watford a real fight, also away from home.
C Wickham, substitute and scorer last week, will not line up for Wednesday in this match. No G Coke either, but R Johnson will be involved.
Cardiff are winless in their last three fixtures. It is too early to say if Cardiff are beginning to tire after an impeccable season. It has happened before, Cardiff losing their ways late in the season. I prefer to call their situation a temporary, slight dip in form, nothing else.
It looks like their skipper M Hudson and his defensive colleague B Turner will miss this game. L Barnett has joined from Norwich and he is supposed to cover for Hudosn or Turner. C Bellamy was fit to play 45 minutes against Leicester earlier this week. Yes, Cardiff played against Leicester in midweek (1-1) with Cardiff equalising in the dying minutes. Advantage Sheffield as they were without a midweek fixture. I suggest that Sheffield Wednesday, after their great win at Leicester, will record their second great win in eight days, this time at home the league leaders Cardiff.
