Time for a Rayo win. They have not won since they defeated Atletico in the derby. It was a massive win of course, but their season did not stop there. Last week they visited La Coruna and although they dominated the match they could not find the Coruna net (0-0). My favourite young player in La Liga, Lass, did everything right, but for this one thing, he just could not take his chances. Tomorrow I expect Lass, Piti and Leo Baptista to set things right by winning this match. Rayo miss their suspended defender J Amat and Labaka remains on the sidelines.
Espanyol have run out of steam lately having only scored one goal in their last three games. Squad wise they look just fine with Stuani back from his suspension and Forlin ready to play again. Backing Rayo.
